Take a Local Link to the Past for National Heritage Week

A 'Transport For Ireland Local Link Service - Shittle Bus' is operating between Kinsale Town and Charles Fort, seven days a week. This sustainable means of local transport is a valuable asset to our community.
As the theme for Heritage Week is 'Connections, Routes and Networks'; the OPW want to incentivise people to use this sustainable mode of travel to Charles Fort. All visitors who present their Local Link bus ticket from Saturday 17th to Sunday 25th August will get free entry to Charles Fort Military Fortress.
