Yoga in Donegal Castle
Join us for a very special yoga class within the walls of Donegal Castle, taking place as part of National Heritage Week and proudly supported by the Office of Public Works.
The class will take place in Donegal Castle on Sunday 23rd August at 7pm. It will be 60 minutes long, and consists of pranayama (breathing), yoga postures (asana), and a guided relaxation to finish, all set against the backdrop of one of Donegal's most iconic heritage sites.
The class is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, with modifications and variations offered throughout. If you're unsure whether it's right for you, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
Please note the class is NOT suitable for pregnancy.
Due to the historic nature of the building there is no lift, and the venue is only accessible by stairs.
As part of Heritage Week, this is a wonderful opportunity to breathe and move in a space that has stood for centuries, and connect with Donegal's history from a completely different perspective
Spaces are very limited, so early booking is recommended.
We hope to see you there!
