Walk About Leixlip, Co. Kildare

A walk through Leixlip from Gallivan's Cross to Mr. Mitchell's Mill guided by John Colgan.

The walk will take us past the Norman Castle of Leixlip, Norman, 18th and 19th century Roman Catholic Churches, the site of Arthur Guinness' own brewery, a toll bridge from 1734 and the ruins of Kildare's only iron works
