Tour of the Burnaby, Irelands First Housing Estate

Join historian Peter Murtagh on a fascinating journey following the Heritage Trail through Irelands first housing estate, The Burnaby in Greystones. The walk will begin at the Whitshed Road entrance to Burnaby Park Greystones. This arts and crafts gem is a conservation area, with an very interesting history and previous residents included Eamon De Valera and the tenor Joseph Locke. Tour commences at 2 p.m. on Sunday the 17th of August.
