The Restoration of the Dublin Bay 21 Sailing Fleet.

Renowned shipwright Steve Morris will talk about the restoration of the Dublin Bay 21 Series fleet at Kilrush Boatyard.

The Dublin Bay fleet are the world’s oldest cruiser-racer class. The wooden fleet was designed by Alfred Mylne in 1903 and for several years have been undergoing a major restoration by Steve Morris and his team in Kilrush Boatyard.

Steve will talk about the history of the boats, the restoration project and the current status of the Dublin Bay 21 Series.
