This year’s Heritage Week’s theme is heritage at risk so this is your opportunity to learn, hear and see more about seagrass.

Think of seagrass as a rain forest but in the ocean!

Seagrass is a bigger sequester of carbon than bogs so we should try and do more to protect and grow more!

It is planned to have a presentation and discussion on seagrass and then there will be an opportunity to visit a site (weather permitting) .
