River Jiggy/Hind – Connecting Communities and their waters.

Roscommon County Council, LAWPRO and Inland Fisheries Ireland in conjunction with Casey’s, Roscommon are inviting the community to come along and see what life lies beneath the surface and along the River Jiggy/Hind.

The event provides an opportunity to see the diversity of life of our rivers up close and to engage with the biodiversity along our rivers and provide ideas of what we can do to help local biodiversity.

The event is free and will be hosted by Biodiversity Officer, Roscommon County Council, Community Water Officer, LAWPRO and staff of Inland Fisheries Ireland.
