
Qi Flow Movement Experience at the Chinese Pagoda

Join Hellen Kang-Griffith for a gentle Qi Flow movement session inspired by the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong. Set amongst the beauty of Mount Congreve Gardens, this mindful practice combines gentle movement, breathing and relaxation techniques to help restore balance, release tension and reconnect body and mind.
Each session concludes with a walk through the gardens to Mount Congreve's hidden Chinese Pagoda.
No previous experience is necessary, and the session is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Maximum Capacity: 30 participants per session
Location: Outdoors within Mount Congreve Gardens (weather permitting)
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and flat footwear suitable for walking on garden paths
Please Bring: A light jacket and water bottle if desired
