Lough Ree - Short Film

Premiere screening of the first in a new series of short films exploring the unique heritage and history of Lough Ree. The film features stunning visuals, interviews with former islanders, insights from Historians and Archaeologists and explores the varied and vital ecosystems of the lake. Film maker Oliver Fallon will give a short talk about this film project, which is a collaborative undertaking across Westmeath, Roscommon and Longford supported by Creative Ireland. Light refreshments will be provided.
