Open Day at Loop Head Lightkeeper's House

To celebrate National Heritage Week 2025, Loop Head Lightkeeper's House will be open on Sunday 24th August from 10am to 4pm. This is a free event offering a self-guided tour of the restored house at the iconic Loop Head. Visitors can step into the original lightkeepers' footsteps, while exploring the conservation work undertaken by Irish Landmark Trust.

There is a free public car park at the entrance to the Loop Head compound.
