Movement in Nature - A Wellbeing Workshop for Children

Children aged 5 to 12 years are invited to step into the beauty of the Walled Gardens and Woodland Trail at Strokestown Park for a unique and enriching Movement in Nature Workshop, led by Marianne Fallon, Chartered Psychologist, Ecotherapist, and Yin Yoga Instructor. This free event invites young people to explore the wonders of nature while discovering the calming power of mindful movement.

Through gentle yoga and nature-based activities, children will learn to connect with their inner selves, build awareness, and experience the joy of being present in nature.

Come reconnect, move, and create in nature—everyone is welcome!

Pre booking is essential due to limited capacity. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
