Love Songs for the Living World: A Showcase of Writers from Channel Press

Join us for an intimate evening of poetry and prose celebrating our entanglement with the living world.

Presented by The KinShip Project in partnership with Channel Press, this special reading brings together a group of writers whose work has appeared in Channel magazine and whose writing explores ecology, place, kinship, and the complex relationships between humans and the more-than-human world.

Set within the unique surroundings of the KinShip EcoLab in Tramore Valley Park, this unplugged gathering invites listeners to slow down and experience literature in conversation with the landscape itself.

The event also celebrates the evolution of Channel into Channel Press, a nonprofit independent publisher dedicated to writing that is celebratory, sensual, fuelled by an interest in the joys of ecological entanglement as much as by grief at ecological loss.
