Beginning at Market Square, the walk explores the Cathedral Quarter, Church Lane, St. Eunan's Cathedral and Conwal Parish Church, uncovering the people, places and events that shaped Letterkenny. Along the way, participants will discover hidden plaques, remarkable stained glass by Harry Clarke and An Túr Gloine, historic buildings, murals, and fascinating connections to figures such as Cardinal O'Donnell, Wolfe Tone, Jane Austen and Redmond O'Hanlon.

Led by local historian and Cathedral Quarter Project founder Donnan Harvey, the tour offers a unique insight into the regeneration of this historic district and the community-led efforts to preserve its architectural and cultural heritage. Blending history, architecture, faith, art and local folklore, the jaunt reveals both the well-known landmarks and the overlooked details that make the Cathedral Quarter so distinctive.
