Introduction to Blacksmithing

Your chance to learn more about traditional forging techniques. The LCETB Forge, based in Cappamore College of FET, is Ireland's only training facility offering certified Blacksmithing courses. For Heritage Week, we are opening the training forge to members of the public to actively take part in free introductory Blacksmithing sessions. As part of this interactive two-day workshop, you will learn how to forge a number of craft pieces and start your journey into the world of Blacksmithing.
