Glenties IFI Nature Exploring

Inland Fisheries Ireland are using their rich and diverse Owenea angling centre in Glenties as a showcase of habitat managment. From different grassland management to leaky dams, woodlands and scrub areas, they maintain and constantly enhance the site for biodiversity. Join LAWPRO and NatureNorthWest as we wander through the various habitats and be inspired by the different elements they have put in place. IFI staff will also be on site, showcasing some river diversity, including some of the most ancient and fascinating invertebrates that live in our rivers. Suitable for 8 years and upwards, bring walking shoes, raingear and sunscreen. No dogs please.
