Our Water Story: Fun Swim and Art Display

Wild Atlantic Pool and Fitness Centre CLG is delighted to host Our Water Story as part of Water Heritage Day celebrations. This special event is designed for children to enjoy and appreciate the importance of water in a fun and creative way. In the weeks leading up to the event, children attending our summer swim and activity clubs have created artwork inspired by Baltimore’s unique maritime heritage and the vital role water plays in our lives, health, and community. Their colourful and imaginative creations will be displayed poolside for everyone to enjoy during the event. We are running an art competition from August 1st to 20th with a theme of 'Joy of Water' winner announced on the Fun Swim Day at the pool.

Children aged 5–12 years are invited to take part in a Fun Swim Hour from 11.30-12.30. This supervised session will include games and activities to celebrate water as a source of joy, fun.

💡Important Information for Parents:
The Fun Swim is open to children aged 5–12 years only.
All children must be able to swim confidently to take part.
Please bring a swimsuit and towel.
Admission is free, but numbers are limited for safety – pre-booking is essential to secure a place.
