Forahing was an actibity carried out by our ancestors right back to ancient times. People have always looked to the land and nature to see what they could use for food.
Pre-historic people had aquired a seasonal understanding of plants, berries nuts, roots etc which they used as food souces supplemented by fishing and hunting
Join foragers Geraldine Lambert & Liz Rosario for an enjoyable ramble through the bog, exploring various plants used by our ancestors.
