Family Workshop: Accordion Cathedral Cards

Join us at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral for a special family art workshop celebrating Heritage Week!

During this drop-in session, children will design and craft their very own cathedral-themed accordion card: a colourful, fold‑out creation with a charming 3D effect. More than just ordinary cards, each one will become a mini artwork.

Inspired by the beautiful surroundings of Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, the workshop encourages children to look closely to then translate what they see into paper art using a rainbow of colours and plenty of imagination. Families will leave with a unique handmade card to display at home and a fun memory to share.

Recommended for children aged 6 and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

This workshop will be held in the Cathedral’s South Transept. Enter through either the Cathedral’s North Door or main entrance and show your ticket at the Welcome Desk.

Drop-in anytime between 11:00-13:00 or 14:00-16:00. Advanced booking is required.
