Dublin Port Company is proud to launch a new exhibition exploring the cultural, artistic, and historical impact of the port on the city and its people.
This exhibition marks ten years since the restoration of the Diving Bell Museum – Dublin Port’s first major Soft Values project and the beginning of a decade of sustained public engagement. Over 1.5m people have visited the Diving Bell Museum on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay since 2015.
As part of the exhibition, special screenings will run daily at 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, featuring Dublin Port Short Film Award winners Dublin, Your Face and Chancer’s Guide to Dublin, the Dublin Port Memories: Heritage and People series, and recordings from The Pumphouse Presents (2020), including the plays Canaries, Slice – The Thief, Charlie is a Clepto, and Leper + Chip.
The exhibition brings together highlights from a decade’s worth of artistic, historic, built heritage and cultural projects supported by Dublin Port Company as part of its ongoing Port City Reintegration programme.
