What does Grace O’Malley mean to you?

We’re collecting stories of the Pirate Queen. Are you an O’Malley? Are you interested in Granuaile’s story? Do you admire or are interested in her? Is she special to this area?

We want to record your own thoughts and contributions and make a short film about the defiant, powerful local heroine who sought freedom for her country, her family and herself.

Come along to Keel Hall and be part of an exciting film project that places Grace O’Malley in the landscape from which she came and in which she belongs.
