Bat Walk in Carrick-on-Suir

Join us for a special Heritage Week Bat Walk and discover the fascinating world of bats as they emerge at dusk. Guided by local experts, participants will learn about the different bat species found in Ireland, their importance to biodiversity, and how they use echolocation to navigate and hunt.

Using bat detectors, we'll listen for bats as we explore the area and uncover the hidden wildlife that comes alive after dark.
