Tour of Ecclesiastical Sites - Ballygar Heritage Week
A Tour of Ecclesiastical Sites in East Galway. Historians Anne Carey (née Connolly) and Dr Christy Cunniffe will lead a tour of some of East Galway’s most important ecclesiastical sites. On the day we will visit the Kilconnell Franciscan Friary, Clontuskert Augustinian Priory and Clonfert Cathedral.
The meeting place is outside the church in Ballygar at 2pm on Sunday, August 23rd.
