A Walking Tour of Cobh: Victorian Seaport

Cobh was transformed from a quiet fishing village into a bustling town during the Napoleonic Wars. In the 1830s, it became a fashionable bathing resort and from the 1860s, it was the departure point for millions of emigrants.

This leisurely walking tour will view landmark buildings and feature the social history of the town. Come and experience it for yourself!

The tour will begin at the Sirius Arts Centre and finish at the Clock Tower on Lynch's Quay.
