Experience the ancient royal sport of falconry, demonstrated by expert falconer Liam from Falconry Kerry. A unique opportunity to get up close to these majestic birds & witness their agility & skill.

Falconry is the hunting of small animals in their natural habitat by trained birds of prey dating back over 4,000 years. In an interactive demonstration, hawks and falcons will be flown to display agility, swooping and diving to catch food tossed in the air. Visit for information about hawk walks and displays. An opportunity to meet & hold both native and exotic owls.
