Celebrate the natural and built heritage of the Camac River through storytelling, images, song and poetry. Join special guest speakers , explore the exhibition and learn about this unique river.

See for yourself how the river influenced and facilitated industrial processes such as sawmills, papermills, gunpowder mills and other industries along its banks. Listen and talk to local residents, historians and community groups for whom the Camac was or still is a focal point in their lives. Share stories and enjoy tales of the ‘Crooked River’, its rich history, it’s heritage and how we can work together to protect its future. Everyone welcome. Booking essential.
