Kate Corkery, author of "Cork Folk Tales", international award-winning storyteller and a Passage West native will fascinate children in her home town with stories in two very special sessions.
Kate Corkery is a native of Passage West, based in the UK. Kate has travelled internationally and told stories at festivals, schools, libraries and theatres all over the world. In celebration of Heritage Week, Kate has been invited home to tell stories to children and families in the town where she grew up. There will be two sessions on SAT 24th August. Session 1: 10.30- 11.15am - Children up to 7yrs Session 2: 12.30-1.30 pm - Children aged 7+ Entry is free but small donations are welcome.
