Our Games our Heritage

26 August, 11am - 1pm

  • Forest Friends Ireland
  • Arts and business Campus Drumcondra Dublin 9
  • Co. Dublin – Dublin City

Croke Park is situated in Dublin's North Inner City. In the process we hope to unfold some interesting heritage stories.

Dublin's North Inner city has played important roles in Irish History not least in the development of our Gaelic Games. In our research we hope to unfold interesting stories and make a map which participants can keep as a record of the event. We will talk a little about the important clubs historical events and important local people in the development of our Gaelic Games. We aim to prepare a map which can be used as self guided walkabout, while conducting a walk on the day of the event.
