'Joseph Dolan - A Distinguished Ardonian' is an exhibition commemorating the life of Ardonian Joseph Dolan (1872-1930). It provides an insight into his life and work in the early twentieth century.

Joseph Dolan was seen as an exceptional scholar and a talented person who accomplished much across a variety of causes and interests including the Louth Archaeological Society and the Gaelic League. The exhibition was developed by Louth County Archives and funded by Ireland 2016. Additionally on display will be some archives relating to Drogheda Corporation.
