Carrick on Shannon has an impressive exhibition of artifacts. A display of photos, shop doors and shop fronts of Carrick on Shannon from 1990 to Present, with a talk given by a local Historian.

Plans and photographs of local schools and past pupils of Carrick on Shannon and the surrounding areas. Display / Exhibitions will be on show with a film of “Leitrim enduring and enchanting” Famine Attic workhouse open day with Audio and photographic presentation showing Carrick workhouse and the history of the famine from 1842 to 1849 including the history of the emigration to Australia of the Earl Grey girls.
