Guided 7km road/grass walk, through historical and sacred borderlands of Monastries and Convents, Battles and Bivouacs. Visit Faughart Ancient Graveyard, Moyry Castle and the Kilnasaggart Stone

Follow St Patrick on Slighe Midhlachra, the ancient way from Dunserverick to Tara, see the grave of Edward Bruce, drink from St Briget's Well, pass a Norman Motte, on to the Gap of the North, via a modern convent, and Mountjoy's brush with Hugh O'Neill, Earl of Tyrone. Explore Moyry Castle built in a month guarding the pass to Ulster. On to the Kilnasaggart Stone, the oldest dateable inscribed stone in Ireland. In 7k timetravel from 500's to 1610. NO DOGS. Children 7+ OK if supervised by Adult.
