Celebrating Wild Child Day & Water Heritage Day, on the 24th and 25th of August in Dublin and at Sticky Fingers Arts in Newry.
Bringing Heritage Week to children across our shared Island.
All families can join in if they live near a body of water, and if not basins of water or puddles after rainfall make great alternatives for outdoors fun wherever you live. And the walks can happen anywhere too and at any time!
Making boats from recycled, biodegradable materials, learning about the history of our canals, rivers, lakes and seas, and exploring the flora, fauna and geography of our shared island, as well as the songs and folklore of our land and water.
