Join us for Episode 3 of Not Stopping Now! For the Ocean: a webinar about biodiversity in Ireland. This lunchtime series is open to anyone with an interest in nature that wants to hear more about the amazing work happening all along our coast.
In this Heritage Week Special, we will delve into the world of marine research. Anthony Adu-Gyamfi, PhD research from ATU Marine and Freshwater Research Centre will share his insights into his research on Life amongst the Seaweed Farms. Eleanor Turner, Kerry Biodiversity Officer will discuss Ireland's marine habitats and the research being carried out by MTU to conserve angel sharks in Tralee Bay.
Not Stopping Now! For the Ocean series explores Ireland's vibrant marine world, spotlighting people and organisations working to protect our ocean. From May to October we are bringing you up close with the species and habitats that make our island unique. This is a collaboration between Waterford City & County Council, An Taisce Climate Ambassadors, ATU Marine and Freshwater Research Centre, Kerry County Council and MTU.
