"Watery Connections"

Philippine history tells us that wayfarers used crudely made maps and tides and currents to navigate the seas between islands . We want to re-enact this by bringing people out in currachs and asking them to close their eyes and giving them pens and paper asking them to draw their journey and route, by feeling the ocean beneath them they will get a deeper connection and understanding of nature and the ocean. There will also be informal chats with locals about the currachs.
