The Bog of Allen Nature Centre will be open free of charge for you to explore the many aspects of Irish peatlands. Enjoy a guided or self guided tour of the peatland exhibition which includes the formation, traditional uses and cutting methods of peat, flora and fauna, archeological significance and the story of peatland conservation. The peat free wildlife gardens will also be open to visitors where you can discover Ireland largest display of insect eating plants. No booking necessary.
