Tour of the Malthouse, Stradbally, Co. Laois
Once a working flour mill and later a malt house owned by Minch Norton & Co., The Malthouse in Stradbally has been beautifully restored into a private residence and a vibrant cultural venue. Its restoration has not only revived a piece of Stradbally’s industrial heritage but also created a magical setting for music, arts, and community gatherings. The complex is a striking feature of the town’s streetscape.
The Malthouse is a proud member of Historic Houses of Ireland and is opening as part of the Heritage Open Doors initiative.
