Join illustrators Hannah Sims and John Flynn for a special talk exploring the role of visual art in archaeology. As the creative minds behind much of the artwork featured in the TIMELINES exhibition, they will discuss how illustration and design help bring archaeological discoveries to life, from technical accuracy to imaginative reconstruction.
This event is part of the celebrations marking 25 years of Rubicon Archaeology but is presented as a standalone talk for those interested in the intersection of art, storytelling, and the past.
This event will be live streamed to ensure access for those who can’t attend in person, making it possible for a global audience to join the conversation and celebrate the art of archaeological illustration from anywhere in the world.
