This public talk on St Marnock's Church, Holy Well and Ogham Stone will take place in Baldoyle library on Saturday 16th August at 10.30.
St. Marnock's is reputed to be a 6th century saint who established a church in Portmarnock. The existing church dates from 12th/13th century and fell into ruin in the early 17th century.
This talk will outline what is known about St Marnock and the other monuments on the site. Resurrecting Monuments will launch an new 3D model of the St Marnock's church.
A series of posters relating to St. Marnock's will be on display in the library and for a period before and after the talk.
