Secrets of the Ogham Stone

Did you know that Kilmovee is home to one of the earliest examples of Irish writing?! The Ogham alphabet dates back to at least the 4th Century. Call into our beautiful thatch cottage tearoom to learn more, and join the free guided tour to see the stone for yourself! 

We are opening our beautiful thatched cottage as a tearoom and display area where people can learn more about the Ogham Stone and Ogham alphabet. Guided tours to see the Ogham Stone running each at 11am.
