Of over 14 types of seaweed and demonstrates how to sustainably harvest them.

Oonagh O'Dwyer is an organic horticulturist, trainer, forager,
Founder of WildKitchen which specialises in immersive,
educational food and nature experiences and events.
Particular interest in native Irish plants and their protection. Currently studying Eco-literacy and The Earth Charter ESD as a founding member of Haumea Eco-versity.

Sunday, 17th. August begins at 12 noon with ancient Ogham script creations, at the Liscannor Community Centre and ends after Eilish McCarthy's presentation of her new book, 'Two Islands'. Following that we hope to introduce you to ocean-side conservation foraging, water purification, climate control, safety precautions/procedures, guidance and limitations, all Weather permitting.
