14th August: Kylemore Abbey 1962 – Gerrit Nuckton presents the History of the Benedictine Nuns including a viewing of the 1962 Radharc Documentary which offers a first-hand account of life in a Benedictine Monastery.
15th August: Marconi and the Kylemore connection presented by John Hannon
16th August: Life in a Castle (Victorian Childhood in the Big House) presented by Eithne O’Halloran (suitable for families with children from 7+ and adults interested in all things Victorian!)
16th August: Kylemore’s Royal Connection (from King James to princess Diana) presented by Tim Heanue, Kylemore Abbey Visitor Centre Manager)
17th August: Treasures of the Kylemore Archive presented by Kylemore Trust Archivist, Dr Damien Duffy
19th August: Life in a Castle (Victorian Childhood in the Big House presented by Mary Kane) (suitable for families with children from 7+ and adults interested in all things Victorian!)
