Demonstration and Hill Walk on Brandon Hill

1. A short walk to an ancient 'Moated Site' on Brandon Hill with a demonstration by an OPW stone mason of the 'plug & feather' technique of boulder splitting that took place at the site in past times. (about 90 minutes).

2. A further (optional) hillwalk (about 3 hours) to visit Brandon Hill summit and other archaeological/historical field monuments.
Required: Suitable footwear for rough terrain; food/drink for the time outdoors.

The second part is not suitable for very young children.
