Guided Tour of Ballingarry - Former Church of Ireland

Join us, in person, for an exclusive glimpse into the former Church of Ireland building in Ballingarry. We will share how the building came to be constructed and some of the stories of the families associated with many of the commemorative plaques inside.

Numbers in each group are limited to a maximum of 20. We will operate tours at the following times:
6:30pm
7:00pm
7:30pm
Additional tours will be added, subject to demand. If you are part of a group that form a large party of 10 or more, please contact us directly via messenger and we can arrange a separate tour, subject to availability.

If you are waiting for a tour to start, we will have a self-guided tour with information booklets at a number of the burial sites in the Medieval and Victorian graveyards. Many of these sites have undergone conservation works in recent years, with the significant support of The Heritage Council. Please be advised that the graveyard grounds are uneven and may have limited access for those with mobility restrictions. Dress appropriately for the weather.

Parking is available at the Community Park and opposite the RC Church.

Admission is free. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday 21st August from 6:30pm onwards!
