Join Richard Collier from the Museum of Childhood Ireland’s Collections team for an insightful exploration of Batman: The Animated Series, and its pivotal role in redefining the Batman character of our childhoods, moving beyond the more campy tone of earlier television portrayals. The discussion lies at an intersections of Collections, Media and Literature at the Museum of Childhood Ireland. Exploring Our Foundations, presentation and Q&A will be complemented by a pop-up exhibition showcasing toys and memorabilia associated with the groundbreaking cartoon. This event is free of charge. No booking required, and please note that attendance is on a first come, first served basis.
