Evening Baroque Music Recital at Parke's Castle.

As part National Heritage Week members of Sligo Baroque Orchestra Brigid McCafferty violin, Sophie Monaghan oboe, David Skinner English 18th century guitar, Anna Houston cello and Rod Alston harpsichord will perform music from the 17th and 18th centuries. Choosing composers whose music was widely performed in Ireland: Henry Purcell, G.F. Handel, Turlough O' Carolan and Ireland's most illustrious baroque composer, Francesco Geminiani. This event will take place in the Banquet Hall of Parke's Castle on the shores of Lough Gill in Co. Leitrim. Come along and enjoy!
