Eanna Ni Lamhna Outdoor Classroom Workshop and Biodiversity Walk and Talk

Education and awareness raising of our natural rivers and water quality and the life that exists in our rivers, that can tell a lot about water quality in that river, like in the river Barrow, 12pm on Sat 23rd August join Eanna Ni Lamhna's workshop with children, an outdoor classroom event, suitable for families, taking place in the Hub, Graignamanagh Co Kilkenny, R95 EKN5.
Come along and take part in a Kick Sampling and Outdoor Classroom event to learn about the invertebrates on the bed of the river Duiske and what their diversity and abundance can tell us about water quality in the river.
Stay and go for a walk at 2pm R95 EKN5 and be entertained by Eanna Ni Lamhna Wildlife expert on a biodiversity walk and talk and be regaled with her stories and wildlife detection. This is an event to be enjoyed by all the family and not to be missed. these events are taking place during Town of Books festival weekend.
