Come and discover Ballynafagh Lake, a hidden gem in the heart of Kildare. A wonderful habitat for wildlife with an interesting history that connects it to the Grand Canal. This site is a Special Area of Conservation and you can also learn why it is protected and what that means for it's future.
Ballynafagh Lake site consists of uneven paths and open water, so children must be accompanied by an adult. Site is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable footwear and clothing is recommended.
