Back to the Future

Our event will give an opportunity to locals of all ages to interact with old skills, trades, games and customs. There will be a photographic display, interactive events for all ages and a chance for the older generation to catch up, have tea and share their stories.

Also:
Our museum and archive collection will be on display.
We will have the official launch of our website.
We will be unveiling our historical patchwork quilt that many locals have contributed to.

There is something for everyone whether it is learning old card games, exploring old newspapers, trying your hand at writing with an old pen and ink, making griddle bread, playing marbles or just listening to stories.
