Step back in time and explore how our ancestors lived with the land. We begin with canoeing to our woodlands, remembering how people once only travelled by our waterways and forests. The children will explore the woods, learn how to build natural shelters, use the sun to track direction and time - the original compass! They’ll discover how to build fire safely, understanding the importance for warmth and cooking. After lunch, it’s time for some prehistoric fun with archery, where they’ll learn to hunt like our ancient cave-dwelling ancestors.
