Mullingar has a rich history and heritage dating back more than four millennia. Join local historian and author Ruth Illingworth on a walking tour to explore the story of Mullingar and visit the sites of the town's medieval monasteries and castle, the cathedral and the Mullingar History Mural and the Famine and 1916 Monuments.
