A 90 minute guided walking tour of the history and heritage sites of Donegal Town with a costumed guide. Meet at Donegal Tourist information Office, and make our way around historic Donegal Town to hear stories of the powerful Clan O`Donnell who ruled south Donegal until the early 1600s, hear stories of the harbour, it`s shipping, trade and emigration, the Four Masters and their incredible achievement of the writing of the Annals of the Kingdom of Ireland, the fairs and markets held on the diamond, and much much more!
The tour ends at the Donegal Railway Heritage Museum with free entry to the museum to find out more about the railways impact and legacy on Donegal
